Solutions:-

  1. Fix my Outlook 2010
  1. Open up the Control Panel on your PC (and show All Control Panel items, if necessary) and click on Programs, then Programs and Features.
  2. Find Microsoft Office 2013 in the list and highlight it.
  3. Click Change.
  4. Select Repair and Continue then follow the prompts.

2.  Reset outlook

    Close your Microsoft Outlook, and open the Control Panel in your computer:

  1. In Windows 7, please click the Start button at the bottom-left corner of Taskbar > Control Panel.
  2. In Windows 8, swipe the cursor to the very right edge of the screen, click the Settings button, and then click the Control Panel.

Find the Outlook.exe file on your computer. Right-click the Outlook.exe file, choose Properties, and then choose the Compatibility tab. If any of the boxes on the Compatibility tab are checked, uncheck them, then choose Apply > OK.

5. Can not start Microsoft Outlook


To do this, proceed with the following steps:
  • Enter the below command in the Start > Search field on Windows 7 and Windows 8 (or Start > Run on Windows XP) and press Enter: %appdata%\Microsoft\Outlook.
  • This will open the folder where Microsoft Outlook configuration files are stored. Find and delete the Outlook.xml file.
